Anti Lag Valve - Single Port

The Single Port ALS valve was originally designed in 2011 and has been on race and championship winning cars in RallyX, WTCC, WRC and others.

Air from the plenum or compressor (depending on the plumbing used on your engine) is fed into the primaries through a 30.00mm (1.181”) outlet port.

Cold air is fed into the ALS through a Wiggins style aluminium fitting with a bore of 23.00mm (0.905”).

Designed to cope with the extreme conditions experienced during racing, the single port ALS Valve was designed with high performance and exceptional quality parts, so as not to compromise reliability:

  • Stainless steel casting
  • Steel 214N forged valve
  • Austenitic Stainless Steel spring - this is available in many different spring rates, depending on your boost requirement.
  • Aluminium billet machined valve guide housing
  • Colsibro valve guide
  • Viton Quad Ring seal to valve stem
  • Top-hat style Nomex-reinforced fluoropolymer rolling membrane
  • #2 JIC Boost connectors – different colours to ensure reliability of plumbing
  • Single port stainless steel outlet ring and inlet air (Aluminium 6082 T6) adaptors. Clamp supplied.
